Once registered you will have easy, 24/7 access to health services and information (you can request repeat prescriptions, check for GP surgery appointments, contact your GP surgery and so much more)

 

Oak Vale Medical Centre will be hosting this event at the next Patient Coffee Morning on 17 September (between 11am – 12:15pm)
