If you are the proud parent of a new baby, you may not be thinking about the need to register him/her with a doctor, but it is in the baby’s best interest to do this as soon as you can. A member of the admin team will contact you when we receive your postnatal discharge from the hospital for details of your new baby. If you decide to register your baby at this practice, whilst we on the telephone, we can complete a registration form on your behalf. You can also complete a registration form by clicking on the link above and bringing the registration form along to the surgery as soon as you can.
